The horse stopped,

Imam Hussain(as) asked,

No one told the right,

Yet one told the answer,

The eyes of Imam(as) filled with water,

The land of doom, Karbala!,

The 72 were confused but,

Imam(as) knew that,

The days of Qayamat are here,

He cried thinking of the pain, on Zainab(as) and the 72.

The cruelty by cutting the hand of Alamdar,

The arrow on the neck of 6 month shaheed,

And the slaps on Sakina’s (as) cheeks by the merciless,

He(as) cried until his beard was wet.

No one denied His words,

Not even Allah but,

The merciless left His body on the ground,

And the head on the spear.

He gave up everything for Islam and it’s shiaa,

Heads off to Fatima(as) for raising a child like this and,

To Ali(as) for training him as a brave warrior.
