There are many successful people around us, many examples to follow. Some of them succeed but some of them do not. I wonder why? How come he succeeded while I am failing again and again. What are the reasons? Let’s find them.
People who see other people who have achieved something and get inspired by them and follow their path without any knowledge of what he or she is doing is pointless. That’s because they do not work according to their body, they work according to the person by whom they got inspired. The first step for shattering your own limits should be the basics of that thing you’re thinking to achieve. Second step is to try slow but doing it with concentration and keeping it regular, then increasing it slowly every week.
Some people succeed in keeping this routine regularly. Many of them get good results while other do not get a satisfying result. From here you have to be very honest with yourself and try to expose your weak point and your mistake. If you think you are not capable for this then go visit someone who has gone through that point and is better than you and ask him/her to guide you.
Then comes a time when you have reached a limit and you can get any better you try your best–you try all the techniques, you research, you apply what your learnt correctly but you do not get any better result. For example Imagine an empty balloon is your boundary when its unfilled the air inside was your limits. With hard work and determination you reached your limit. That is when the balloon is at its max capacity and for it to burst a single push of air is required. The same way when you reach your limit a strong push is required to shatter your limits of that particular thing which you cannot do by yourself to shatter your limit.
For it you need a circumstance where you don’t have another choice. For example an Olympic scuba diver goes for sea trip in the ocean with his son to teach him a thing or two. They both dive into the sea unfortunately his son gets excited and goes way too far that even his father could not achieve. Suddenly his son could not breath at that particular sea pressure. In order to save his son he had to go beyond his limits because he did not have another choice. Only one thought was in his mind that no matter what he had to save his son, and he broke his limit and risking his life somehow saved his son. He wont be be able to explain this moment that how did he do a thing which was impossible for everyone a minute.

Every situation has different critical points. It depends upon which limits you want to shatter. Like in this example physical limit was pushed. Each kind of limit has different critical point when put into situation one could go beyond his or her limits.
