If I were a principal for a day then I would try to increase the timing of games and extra curricular activities.I would try to help every students to try different activities to see what they are good at and why they should try to focus on what they are good at

I will hold meeting with teachers and students to gather feedback on what’s working and what could be improved ensuring their voices are heard. I will make it a point to recognize and celebrate both academic and personal achievement of students to boost morale and motivation these initiatives would aim to create a more supportive and stimulating environment for everyone in the school

I will set up events that foster a sense of community, like a school wide talent show or a collaborative art project to strengthen bonding among students and staff
