CHAPTER 1:
The door of the room was slightly open, revealing a slight glimpse of the girl standing near the giant casement, eyeing the beautiful city lights, playing hide and seek with the sparkling stars in the thin sheet like sky. Her black tresses were flying in sync with the gentle, cool breeze. She turned around when someone opened the door with a loud bang. One by one, she saw a bunch of girls crossing the corridor of the room, she was going to share with her mates. There were three beds in line, all white in color, along with two tables near the window and one near the bed. The question that arose here was who would be using what?
Stephanie was in lost her thoughts, when suddenly the door opened revealing her roommates Andrea and Caroline shouting at each other, whilst barging in, “I’ll be using this bed from today onwards,”, said Andrea. That was the start of their argument with each other. While all three girls present in the room were bickering, a loud thud was heard, revealing the dorm`s head, Ms.Shaila, indicating that all of them were in trouble.
Ms. Shaila yelled, “what is this happening here and that too at this hour? Have you all forgotten the dorm`s rules? Now I am fed up will your daily dramas.”Stephanie glared at Andrea as she was the first one to start today`s argument. After the heated session, Ms. Shaila was leaving but she said something before leaving which made the three girls` eyes pop out of their sockets. She announced that from that day they would be having one more roommate named Racheal. The girls looked at each other and then at Ms.Shaila with disappointed faces and nodded. As they had no other option, so they agreed on the fact that one more mate was going to join them soon. They all made themselves comfortable on their beds and soon drifted into their dreamland.
It was approx. 7;00 in the morning. The sun was dazzling, and the brightness of it disturbed the sleep of three girls. They stretched their arms, did their morning routine, and were getting ready for their school when the dorm’s siren rang, making their eyes widen as breakfast time had finished. They rushed outside their room. While going to school as they passed by the street they met a lady elegantly dressed in black attire, dark jet black hair hung down till her collar bone, dark hazel-colored orbs looking straight at their eyes.
Stephanie gave the lady a questionable look and raised her left eyebrow. The lady greeted them and they did the same. After the greetings, the lady disappeared from their sight and all of them again continued their walk to school, wondering who Rachel was.(Little that they don’t know the one whom they greeted was going to be a storm in their lives!)
